I love this book!! I took many trips to Nuevo Laredo during my college years at Trinity University. We always parked in the Cadillac Bar parking lot so that our car would be safely guarded by the attendant there. And, used the bar as our go to place as we shopped...ate lunch there, drank lots of margaritas there and just had a wonderful time every time we went!! I was so sad to learn that it had closed down, but will always remember fondly the many times we visited. Love reading about its history as I did not know the true story about its founders! Loved this book. Brought back so many memories of going “across” and having fun times at The Cadillac Bar! Am sending copies to my friends.
